Here's me singing... Again

Well, I'm no Micky, nor Davy or Mike or Peter with singing but I sure do try!
I adore the song Propinquity (I've Just Begun To Care) So here's me playing and singing (badly) I think Mike's first picture sums up my expression when I played it back.

Who would, my anwsers

So, as I said, here are my answers to the who would? Do you agree? I'm going to do this in two posts or else it would be too much writing.
Who Would:

Do the housework?
I think Mike would constantly be stuck having to clean up after his friends. I mean, as the leader and with all their Monkee antics, he'd be the one to clean up, do the housework, put everything away. I also think, though, if he asked Peter, they might do it together. peter wouldn't want Mike to do it all alone.

Nag the others to do housework but never really do it himself?
Davy. He probably would be too lazy to clean up after everyone and he really wouldn't like chores but he wouldn't want to live in mess.

Have the cleanest room?
Again, Davy I think. Here's my reasoning. He keeps everything clean on his side of the room because he doesn't like to live in mess and it is his own mess. He doesn't mind that. Also, with all the girls he thinks he's going to get, he wants to make a good impression if ever any girls do come around. I think Mike would be reasonably clean but between looking after his friends and cleaning up after them, he might get a bit lazy some days and just forget to pick things up or hang his clothes in the wardrobe or whatever. Also, being in a room with Micky, I'm sure his stuff would over take Mike's side of the room too.

Have the messiest room?
Like I said, I think Micky would be the messiest. Dunno why but I doubt it's because he's too lazy. I bet he doesn't like cleaning and is so energetic he might just leave everything all over the floor. There's method to his madness, though. I'm sure he knows where most of his stuff is.

Cook?
Mike, again. The others would help, I think, like Peter in 'don't look a gift horse in the mouth' and they all would probably have their own preferences when it comes to food so they might make their own but Mike seems to always be eating in the first series. Also, they don't like Peter's cooking, Micky would make science experiments, Davy might be too lazy or just focus on making his own food so... yeah, Mike.

Fix stuff (or call Mr Babbit to get someone in to fix stuff)?
Micky, like in Monkee Mother.

Watch TV the most?
Maybe Micky. I imagine him as a bit of a Trekkie... maybe. With the implications in the episodes that he likes science and experimenting, he might like Star Trek. Not sure about the others. Davy might just be watching for adverts with pretty models or something like that.

Look for work the most?
Mike, I'm sure, would be all about trying to get jobs for them all. Having to be the leader means he probably wants to make enough to provide for his friends and this is evident in some of the episodes where he concerns himself with trying to get jobs while the others don't really seem to care as much.

Spend the most time in their room?
Mike, again. Maybe Davy but I don't want to know what he's doing in there. I believe Mike would need more alone time while the others would want to be together more.

Drive the Monkeemobile the most?
Mike is going to be the answer to a lot of these, it seems. Back to the alone time, I think he'll want to go on long drives without the guys for a bit. Also real life Mike loves cars. He is seen quite a lot in the episodes driving, Micky being the other one who does sometimes.

Would you rather; My answers

I thought I'd post my opinions on my would you rather quiz thing. So... here.

No 1: Micky Dolenz with 'flat' hair or afro?

Well, this one is an easy start for me. While I think Micky looks good both ways, has to be his afro. It just fits his personality better.

No 2: Mike Nesmith with or without his wool hats?

Wool hat as much as I know he'd hate it, its iconic. And I seem to love guys with hats (Sherlock and his deerstalker, for example)

No 3: Davy Jones with long or short hair?

Oh, long hair. It has to be. It's so sixties (a decade I want to live in) and he just looks so cute! It's like all the hair that's meant to be on his chest and face grew only on his head. Poor guy.

No 4: Peter Tork in double buttons or hippy gear?

Double buttons are my thing, its Peter's too. I like him in own clothes, of course, but I much prefer him all buttoned up. He looks adorable ether way, though.

No 5: All in all (episodes, how the guys look, quality of episodes, ect.) Series One Or Series Two?

I'm a series one girl. The quality of episodes are so good in the first one and they all look so adorable. There are also more episodes I like in series one than series two. And the premise of the show is kept closer in the first series, which makes the 'plots' and the randomness almost have meaning (if you get what I mean as there really is no meaning to many of the episodes) But not to put down series two. They all sort of transition from adorable hot to HOT between series. And I like that they wear their own clothes, it suits them well.

No 6; All 8 button uniform, or own clothes day?

So, as I said, I love their own clothes but... 8 buttons!

No 7: Torksmith or Jolenz?

See, these questions get hard around the point you start asking about pairings. I love all the pairing, every single one. Choosing some over others is unfair but for ones I write about more often, it's Torksmith for this question.

No 8: Jonesmith or Torklenz?

Jonesmith. Why? Because I have loved this pairing as soon as I started watching the show.

No 9: Nudie or part Nude(ie)

While Mike's Nudie suit is probably one of the weirdest outfits I have ever loved, it has to be the rare part- nudie that you see in rare pictures.

No 10: Last one! Fairy tale or the Frodis Caper?

So... Maybe two of the better known episodes and a lot of people like them both. However I have a clear preference. Fairytale. It's the Torksmith, the Mike in a dress, the Mike fangirling over himself. Just everything. The Frodis Caper never really caught me. It's too much like, see if I care anymore!

So, yeah, my answers, sorry about the texty-ness of the page!
