And now, Mike and Micky:

Again, like Peter, Micky looks up to Mike. He's the one that leads them all and Micky likes sort of being swept up in things. Like in the Chaperone he got swept up by the idea of being married to General Vandenberg and going to Venice and all that. We could see Mike enjoying being the Alpha male and bringing Micky along for the ride. Also there is evidence to suggest that they're already married, this picture, I think, is just one. Their sort of bromance could easily form into actual love and, like Peter and Mike, It would be adorable (I promise I won't say that for every pairing although, it would be true.)

Pairings

Today, I've sometime to spare so get ready for an analysis on our prefab four pairings. There are six in total, I'll do as many as I can today but first, here's an overview of each:

Mike/Peter OR Torksmith

Mike/Micky OR Dolenzmith

Mike/Davy OR Jonesmith

Micky/Peter OR Torklenz

And to begin, lets look at a favourite pairing of the Monkees fandom: Torksmith.

Again, I am talking about the TV 'characters' of the Monkees, rather than the real people.
Oh this pairing... No wonder it's a favourite among Monkees fans, it's just so damn cute!
Mike acts like the parental figure in their little band, often called the leader by many in the show. Pair that with naive, good-hearted Peter Tork who is adorable in every sense and you have a pairing with clear dynamics. Mike wears the pants- so to speak- and Peter would be almost like the female. You could imagine a date between them, little kisses, Mike trying to make Peter laugh, Peter being all loving. It's sweet how Peter looks up to Mike and Mike takes care of him. They'd balance each other out with Mike being the quiet, often grumpy one and Peter as his sunshine equivalent, making him smile just by his own grin. It would be so cute!

Someone knows me well.

So, my friend Ilsa who I've mentioned many times in these posts gave me a card. I'll get a picture of it because I adore it but it's got happy birthday (my birthday was yesterday) written in the style of the Monkees guitar logo and loads of wool hats everywhere. Inside it has a reference to the kind of girl I could love. Thank you sooo much Ilsa.
And someone else gave me a present that I want to scream about.
A DAVY JONES RECORD.
Again, I'll get a picture but that is if I ever let it go. My grandma got it for me as an extra present and boy does she know me well.

Ok, tell me Mike is the serious Monkee.

He really starts his little imitation of the Moog Synthesizer at 2.21 and he is hilarious! I adore him

And what gets me is Micky trying to carry on with the song but is cracking up so much he can barely talk. I love Dolenzmith, even when they're just a little bit older (old. They are old now ;( but once a Monkee, always a Monkee)
Still, that's all I've to say today. Enjoy the video, just a warning; DO NOT WATCH SOMEWHERE SERIOUS. You will crack up and it will probably be quite awkward
